Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate items, hazardous materials, gift cards, and downloadable software, cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return Address: Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Conditions
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items with obvious signs of use, opened media, damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), or returns made after 30 days.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges

Gift Returns
- Items Marked as Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
- Items Not Marked as Gifts: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll send a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping
